Without a doubt marketing on the web is paramount to getting your home sold quickly and for the right price. Most home buyers spend several hours reviewing homes on the web before ever calling a Realtor for assistance. If your home isn't easily found on the web or doesn't present well, you won't make it to that short list.
This website complements my other marketing efforts. When we list a home, we, of course, enter it into the MLS. But I don't stop there. We also run a Craigslist campaign where your home is viewed dozens of times per day by prospective buyers. And we don't make plain old text-based Craigslist ads or copy/paste your MLS listing. Our ads are custom-designed to be easy to read and enticing to the buyer.
We also link back to your listing on my website. This gives us a second chance to present your home to prospective buyers. We are not limited to the number of photos we can present, and we all know people love to look at photos! Our site, as you can see, also contains plenty of other useful information for buyers. We do every thing I can to make the sale as easy as possible.
