Just recently, I successfully sold out Chesapeake Communities in Tempe, Arizona (192 Condominiums). When the market took a turn for the worse, Chesapeake was one of the few successful communities in Tempe. I believe this was due in large part to the local expertise that I and my partner, Jaime, brought to the table.
